A key safe on the outside of the wall allows independent, contactless access at any time. We will provide you with the valid code for the safe at the time of booking. From the hallway you enter the comfortably furnished bedroom as well as the bathroom with shower and bathtub and into the practical pantry. The washing machine is located in the bathroom and the pantry also offers an extensive closet for additional storage space. The purpose-built fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils and appliances and, in combination with the dining and living area, offers the central place in the apartment. Here you can cook extensively and feast heartily. The flat screen TV with swivel arm provides the appropriate entertainment. In the living room there are 2 single beds prepared for 1 person and thus offer your guests a comfortable place to sleep. Extra duvet and pillows. The large balcony provides warm, pleasant light.
