Family house 10 min from the beach!

Built on the last dune to the beach and just a 7 min bike ride to the centre of Haarlem is a nice family house with a garden and roof terrace with sun any moment of the day! Minimum stay 3 nights. Please send an email first before making a booking. The space We have a very funny house. It is 4 floors, and actually 2 ground floors as it is built on the last dune to Haarlem. So the kitchen, study/playroom, one of the guestrooms, one bathroom and the livingroom are all on the ground floor but on split levels. We thus have 2 Sunny gardens, a roof terrace and a balcony! Then the bedrooms (4) are on the 1st and 2nd floor. Our house is behind the cute shopping street of Overveen where you have all the shops you need, an A supermarket, an organic supermarket, the best butcher in the area, a bakery, a pharmacy, some restaurants, 2 hairdressers, the train station of Overveen etc. Just on 2 minute walk. Because we live close to the station (without noise of the trains strangely) you are in 25 min in the centre of Amsterdam, very convenient. So in short a very nice family house, with toys games, terraces and lots of sun, close in the centre of Overveen, 10 min from the beach, 5 min from the dunes (National Park Kennemerland), 7 min from Centre Haarlem and 25 min from Amsterdam. As we live in a residential area, it is not the right place for friends groups who would like to throw a party. We prefer to host families and do not host groups of friends who would come here to party. Guest access You have access to the whole house, garden etc. Other things to note We have a beautiful cat named Fulla. She loves to play and loves attention, but is also very happy with herself and on her own. Therefore, you can give her as much attention as you like. We know she loves her/our house, garden and surroundings. Therefore we can only accept guests that are ok to take care of fulla during their stay. She is very easygoing and very sweet. She only needs new water and some food in the morning and again in the evening. If you are planning a long day out you can just give a double portion in the morning. She can go in and out of the house by herself. Sometimes she is out and away most of the day. Never worry, she always returns at some point. So taking care of her really practically only means feeding her and we are of course always happy if you can also give some attention;)
