Mansion for 2 or 3 families

Old family home in a nice park with high trees in the countryside; quiet, 1 km from the village. 70km in the south of Toulouse and at 1 h 15 of the mountains. Internet, piano, swimming pool. The home is on the top of a hill, you have a very nice view on the Pyrenean chain, the house close to ours is occupied by a family of 3, very discreet, with driveway and garden independent. The others closest neighbours are at 200m, very quiet, in the middle of fields. Swimming pool in the orchard. In the ground floor : a living room, a big dining room with oak table and 12 cane chairs, a simple kitchen and another living room ( where you can have lunch also) annexed. 2 rooms with 6 simple beds, a bathroom. You take up a staircase and at the first floor you find three bedrooms (with beds of 140cm, one of them has an annexed room for children, one has an extra simple bed), two littles bathrooms, 2 toilets. The village is at 1km, all shops, market on Tuesday and Saturday, tower to visit, swimming pool and tennis. Tourism from about 30 min, walks in Comminges, or in Pyrenean (lakes, waterfalls or caves), 1 h 30 for the high mountain. Ideal for families or group of friends between 9 and 12 persons. Sheets and towels are supplied. (Except in may, june, september or october. If you would sheets and towels during these periods please contact me). The minimum stays is 5 days.
