We are conveniently located on a quiet part of the island, within two blocks from the beach., and a short drive to Whole Foods and the shops at Shelter Cove. Enjoy our recently renovated, two bedroom, 2 bathroom beach condo. Stay cool in summer with our central air and ceiling fans in every room. Cook meals in our fully stocked, new gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and dish washer. Our home also has an in unit washer/dryer for your convenience.. The dining area offers seating for five. The living area has comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, cable and high speed wifi. Enjoy breakfast al fresco on the balcony or a great book at our reading nook. Guests will enjoy two large bedrooms, with the master including a king bed and hotel quality mattress. The second bedroom sleeps two with a full sized trundle bed combo bunk bed. We have all the supplies you need for the beach including towels, beach wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Our private community is gated with 24-hour security. We have grills, playgrounds, two pools, 10 tennis courts, a hot tub, a clubhouse to watch TV, racquetball courts, ping pong, and a fitness center. Parking is adjacent to the condo building.
