Balkonwohnung: The BalkonwohnungDie 59 m2 apartment is upstairs and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a living / dining room with balcony, a bedroom with two beds, a well equipped kitchen (without dishwasher) and a new bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room has two additional single beds. On request, a baby travel cot is provided. There is satellite TV with a flat screen. Our guests have free Wi-Fi available! Our apartments are located on the ground floor and the upper floor of a semi-detached house. You are on a very quiet and with about 1200 m2 also very generous property directly on the dune forest nature reserve and off the road. The well-kept large lawn, usable for our guests, is located in a south-west facing position, as well as terrace and balcony. If you go through the dunes nature reserve, you only need about 10 minutes to the center of the district Bad (shops, restaurants, Dünentherme, groyne with pier). There is a sandbox at the house. Car parking spaces are directly at the house, as well as bicycle parking. The bed linen is included, the beds are made upon arrival. Our apartments are non-smoking apartments and with regard to allergy sufferers we do not accept pets. Many renovations (roof, doors, floors, bathrooms, ...) make the apartments dunes and sea shine in new splendor. We offer one apartment on the ground floor for max. 4 persons (plus toddler up to 3 years possible) and an apartment upstairs for max. 4 people. The apartments are well maintained and are quiet but central.
