Charming accommodation in the countryside, perfectly located: in the N/O of Berlin, on the Berlin-Usedom bike path, right behind the city border, quiet, but only 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn, which will take you into the city center in 30 minutes. By bike or car you can reach one of the most beautiful lakes in Brandenburg. Hiking trails and a skater trail start right at the house. Our location is also an excellent starting point for city trips due to the very good connection to the Berliner Ring. The space Built 1934, converted 2007, renovated 2019/20. First rental as a holiday home in June 2020. During the renovation, we have taken care to get as much of the original materials as possible: Floorboards, windows, doors. The claim: Modern, airy, smart in the old walls. This includes finding your own solutions and mixing standardized furniture with self-built. The house can accommodate 2 to 3 people and is therefore well suited for couples with a child. (Accommodation options for two additional persons are possible on request) It consists of a small veranda, 1 bedroom (large double bed), 1 bedroom (single bed), 1 open Living room with kitchen, 1 toilet with bath.
