Come and enjoy this detached modern house with beautiful views of the Reeuwijk lake Elfhoeven. A nice quiet place on the water, nature in abundance with a nice walking and cycling area next door, the cozy Gouda nearby and several larger cities at 30 to 45 minutes by car or train. Note: In July, during the summer holidays, arrival is possible on July 22 or 23 for a minimum of 10 nights. After 10 nights, a longer stay is possible on request for 150 euros/night. The space This detached modern house from 2017 (60 m2, located on a fenced plot of 285 m2) has all the comforts. Pleasant to stay all year round! Suitable for 4 people (family max 5 but then make a request). Self-catering! Guests can use our old city bikes (if available) for short rides, but because they regularly break down, we cannot guarantee that there will be a bike for every guest. If you are with two people, we will give a 10% discount on the night price on request. From the minimum number of nights, you can stay with us on request for €150/night (not in combination with other offers). We do not charge any additional cleaning costs, so we appreciate it if guests leave the property tidy. Our house by the lake is equipped with window screens and door screens so that in the warm months the house can be well ventilated and you can also sleep with the doors open. There are 2 fans. In the summer months, there are also two beach chairs and two sunbeds (bring your own beach towels if necessary). There is, among other things, a surfboard (without sail) and a swim ring. On request, we can provide a rubber boat for children. For a longer stay and nice weather, we occasionally ask our guests to water the garden. Guest access This detached house is on the ground floor. A nice quiet place on the water, nature in abundance, the cozy Gouda is close by. We have two private parking spaces in front of the house. Other things to note On request and for a fee (Euro 20/hour), you can check out later on the departure day or arrive earlier than 15:00 on the arrival day. Dog (if adult) is welcome for a fee of EUR 60/stay. A possible second dog is welcome on request where we charge Euro 5/night. The bunk bed is for people longer than 1.85 maybe less comfortable. Bed linen and 1 towel per guest per stay will be provided. In the colder months, you will receive a basket of firewood from us. If you use more, you leave 10 euros per basket or you ask us to charge it afterwards. There is a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine. Guests can use our old city bikes (provided they are there) for short rides, but because they break regularly, we can'T guarantee that there is a bike for every guest. If you want to cycle carefree to Gouda or around the lakes, bring your own bikes or rent them at a shop a 4-minute drive. It is not allowed to take someone back because of the risk of getting into the band. If it has rained, the wooden deck and the jetty can be slippery. So take care! After corona, Schiphol has changed its escape routes so that you may hear planes coming from a certain wind direction between 7-8 hours in the morning. If you're a light sleeper who loves to sleep in, don't book our home!
