My home is just 3 MILES away from them all. If you travel by Car or Taxi it will take approximately 8 minutes depending on time and traffic conditions. This is a Fabulous location for getting around Birmingham and Solihull with access to motorway network and Main airport just 5 minutes away. The N.E.C exhibition centre and Birmingham Business Park are also on the doorstep at a distance of just 3 miles, plus we have easy access to the International train station. Local shops include Asda /Morrison's and Tesco. All the usual choices of Chinese and Indian cuisine plus KfC and McDonalds. Perfect peace and quiet for visiting JLR land rover or Airport employees. No traffic noise and Ample Parking available on drive. Bathtub plus shower cubicle with glorious hot power shower kitchen facilities which include dishwasher and integrated fridge/freezer. Guest access The House consists of 3 first floor Bedrooms AND 1 converted lounge on ground floor The bathroom with power shower and deep sunk bathtub is on the first floor. A fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge/freezer A fire door separates the house and MY PRIVATE ANNEXE at the rear of the property. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO communal Lounge But can be Re-Arranged to suit smaller Groups NO guest access to the rear garden As a guest in my home you will have access to all areas but will expect you to treat your surroundings with the greatest respect. Any breakages or damage being reported rather than found Other things to note I live in the rear annexe of the house I will be available 24 hours to oversee your arrival and departure and will be on hand with help and advice.
