Guesthouse Árný apartment

Located in Vestmannaeyjar, the hidden jem of Iceland. 100m down my street is a mountain with flying puffins. Hike a Volcano that erupted 1973 or visit the Beluga whales in the aquarium. My house is close to all scenery and attractions our beautiful island offers. Endless untouched nature, birdlife, relaxed atmosphere, awesome local food, great museums, history and friendly inhabitants welcome you. Sail around the island, hike to get some awesome views or simply enjoy walking around. The space This is the house I grew up in and I just opened a guesthouse there in the spring 2017 after my parents used to have guesthouse there for 17 years. I work on to have the area extra clean and comfortable for your enjoyment. The house is close to everything people want to see and do on the island in a peaceful area, just a bit from the centrum area. Guest access A whole apartment with a private entrance, corridor and a private bathroom with a shower. The apartment has two rooms, one with a kitchenette, table and chairs and two 90cm beds, the other with a queen size bad and one 90cm bed and a sink. A fridge is in the apartment, a microwave oven as well as a coffee maker and a kettle. Free WiFi is in the house. Plenty of free street parking is in front of the house. If you and your family want more space to sit down together and have a meal, you are welcome to the upper floor where my guesthouse is and enjoy your meals in the sun house. From there you have great views over the town, mountains and volcanos. A washer is not icluded inside the apartment but by request I can allow you to the guesthouse’s washer for a 500 ISK fee p.load. Other things to note ATH: Please note that we are not listed on the mainland but on a beautiful volcanic island where you will get total serenity in some amazing nature and birdlife. You take a 35 min ferry ride from Landeyjar harbour while you get great scenery and birdwatch on the way.
