The studio is located on the Promenade du Soleil, by the sea, near the Carnolès Garden, 5 minutes walk from the shops of Roquebrune, 10 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from the center of Menton. Possibility of free parking and bus serving Ventimiglia, Menton, Monaco, Nice (including airport shuttle) at the foot of the building. Many immediate access to the sea. The studio has a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet, sleeps 4 (a sofa bed and 2 bunk beds in a separate area).
