BIO garden New House

Your childern will love it 100% - And you also!:) Bio Garden New House is a beautiful modern apartment of 2019. Located within a 1.600 m² well fenced site that also includes our Bio Garden Stonehouse, a big green yard with stone-made barbeque, flowers, trees & many children's toys and swings, our summer-house, our BIO fruits & vegetables garden & our domestic animals. Beautiful & relaxing place where your children will safely play, feed the chickens & water the trees & plants of BIO garden! The space The fully renovated apartment of 40 m² consists of a bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), an open plan lounge-kitchen with a comfortable double sofa bed (150x230cm), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a big front private veranda (4x3m) with beautiful panorama views of the garden, the old village "Gonia" and the surrounding hills as well as a small back balcony (1x3m) with mountain view. If you require so, we can put for free an extra baby bed in the bedroom or an extra single folding bed for children in the living room, but free space will be limited. Bio Garden New House is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances (smart tv with free satellite channels, local digital channels and Netflix, stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, washing machine, AC in all rooms etc) so that it can support a stay of a few days to several weeks for two to four people, ideal for couples and families with up to 2 or even 3 children. Guest access Bio Garden New House is located within a well-fenced green courtyard of 250 m² in which the children of our guests are welcome to play games such as trampoline and basketball, always respecting the "quite" hours of relaxation (14:00 - 17:00 and 23:00 - 08:00) . A traditional stone-made barbeque in the garden is available for free on request for our guests! You can enjoy your breakfast on the big front veranda with beautiful views of the green garden and the surrounding hills. We also have a sweet dog, Choco, very friendly and playful! Choco is always constrained to her particular spacy location away from the New House. At the back of the site of 1.600 m² lies our BIO garden, our fruit trees and our domestic animals. We will be happy to walk you around and offer you fruits and vegetables as well as fresh eggs from our chickens and geese. Other things to note We take all the necessary precautions to keep our guests and ourselves safe against Covid-19: Thorough cleaning of the houses with disinfectans after every reservation and optional self check-in / check-out will ensure your safety.
