Centrally located, close to the green city forest and just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the lively center of Emden with shops and restaurants. There is ample opportunity for (paid) parking in the street. Bus stop right at the door. The space The apartment of approximately 60 m² consists of: * A spacious kitchen with dining area and all appliances such as stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. * The cozy living room has a large sofa, a spacious dining table with 4 chairs, a television and free internet. Also ideal as a home office. * A modern bathroom with washer/dryer combination * A storage room where luggage can be stored. * The bedroom is accessible via an open staircase and extends over the entire apartment. There is also plenty of closet/storage space here. There is a double bed, and if a colleague has to stay a few nights, a sleeping place on the couch can be arranged on request. Additional charges will be made for this (charges on request). When renting for a longer period, the tenant offers a monthly, free cleaning. Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge. Guest access Emden and its surroundings are ideal for exploring by bike. Behind the house is a closed shed where you can safely store your bike. In consultation with the hostess, you will receive a key for this. Other things to note Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. No parties either. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment.
