Cozy coastal home within walking distance of Ducktrap Beach in Lincolnville. Enjoy a relaxing stay at our house situated on 5 private acres of wooded trails, 1/3 mile from a public beach. Private location with spacious deck and open yard, bordered by a meandering stream, beautiful Maine pine trees, wild flowers and ferns. 15 minutes to Camden or Belfast & 1.5 hours to Acadia National Park. The space You get the full house and 5 acres of surrounding private land! Our house has 3-bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, open kitchen area with large eat-at island and bar stools, dining area, and living room. Fully stocked kitchen with all utensils and kitchenware needed to cook your own meals - including lobster cook-outs. Master bedroom is on first-floor next to full bathroom, 2 bedrooms and 1/2 bathroom are upstairs (via spiral staircase). Tranquil location with blackout shades in all bedrooms allows for quiet and restful nights. Laundry unit available on the first floor in the mud room. Large deck with Weber grill and outdoor furniture provides ample seating for outdoor cookouts or to relax while listening to birds and smelling the ocean breeze. The property is located on a quiet dead-end road off of coastal Route 1, just across from a favorite locals beach. Guest access Guests will have access to the full 3-bedroom house, backyard, and 5-acres of wooded trails. Please note that our 3rd bedroom includes a set of bunkbeds with a top bunk bed that is most appropriate for a child vs an adult. Our driveway offers ample space for 2+ cars. This is a private residence with no other guests staying on site or accessing trails. Other things to note Although AC is rarely needed on the coast of Maine, we do have an AC unit installed in the main part of the house for summer months for guests to use as needed. This is a strictly non-smoking and pet-free residence.
