Comfortable, tastefully decorated apartment ideally located around the corner from the Trouville Palace, a stone's throw from the boardwalk, casino and town center. Peace and quiet guaranteed on 5th floor with elevator. The space The 38 square-meter apartment comprises a living room with dining table and sofa (which can be used for regular sleeping), an open-plan kitchen (with all the necessary equipment, including a freezer), a bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a bathroom with bathtub and shower; a corridor connects the bathroom with the living room. The living room is equipped with a recent flat-screen TV with USB port, connected to TNT and an Freebox Revolution interface (internet TV) and a small HI FI handset. Heating is included in the price and controlled by connected home automation. Guest access Once on the 5th floor, take the corridor to the left of the elevator to apartment 89.
