Our cottage is located in the small, quiet village of Dolní Stropnice, about 12 minutes by car south of České Budějovice. The village is bordered on two sides by the Malše and Stropnice rivers and the confluence of both rivers is nearby. Its size offers accommodation especially to families with children, smaller groups of friends or couples longing for peace and romance. It provides accommodation for 1 to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Cleaning fee 1000 CZK (not charged if the property is returned in a clean condition). Electricity 7kWh/day included in the price. Deposit 3000 CZK The space The building is guarded by a security system. There is a parking space for 3 cars. A spacious grassy courtyard and several fruit trees provide a pleasant seating area. There is a children's swing, sandbox and grill.
