The rent can accommodate 5 people on a floor ground of 90m2 included 3 bedrooms, a living-room, bathroom, WC. Available : full-equipped kitchen, TV, free Wi-Fi. Parking spot in front of the house or in the driveway. *The living room has slight changes as we have a new and bigger TV + new table, the exterior portal has also been changed recently, photos to be uploaded soon* The front door is shared with me as I live upstairs. Near Paris, Disneyland, Villepinte, Roissy... Bed clothes (sheets) + housework are included for all the stays. 10 minutes walk from the RER B (Station Mitry-Claye : around 20 or 40 minutes to Paris - Gare du Nord depending on the train), close to Aéroville, Parc des Expositions of Villepinte, Disneyland, Astérix... We accept a minimum of 3 nights. Non adjoining house, view on the forest... How to come there ? : RER B, motorway station for Roissy, highways (Autoroute) A104, A1, A3 and A4. Bus, train, plane... Guest access Access only to the ground floor of the house (the owner lives upstairs, only the entrance will be in common)
