room surrounded by nature

Kleinmachnow is a calm city (about 20.000 inhabitants) surrounded by nature. It is located south-west neighbouring to Berlin. You need about 20min. to reach downtown by suburban railway. A bike is available, so you can reach S-Bahn in about 5min. Also restaurants, snack bars, shops an other grocery stores are accessible within 5min by bike. The space It's a small house (80 square meter) with 4 rooms, located in a calm street. The room is about 10 square meter small street level. It is not lockable. You can use bathroom and kitchen of course. Because the Bathroom is located in the basement, you will find some woodlouses and daddy longlegs. Please don't book, if you think it's disgusting. But you also can use the bathroom in the first floor. There is no cleaningstuff. You have to clean every common room after using.
