The 2- to 4-person accommodations of Hoeve Vianen are equipped with good comfort and stylishly furnished. In the former farm, which is now holiday home 'De Roggesloot', there is free internet (WIFI), the possibility to rent bicycles and an oven bread service. The space COMFORT The stylish and brightly furnished house with Texel elements has two double bedrooms. In one room you will find double bed and in the other bedroom there is a bunk bed. This accommodation is ideal for a couple or family with children who can sleep in the bunk bed. The accommodation is less suitable for 3 or 4 adults (due to bunk beds and available space) and unsuitable for a family with multiple babies (due to available space). A maximum of 1 baby bed fits in the room with bunk beds. The living room has a cozy sitting area, Smart TV and dining area. The adjacent kitchen has a combination microwave. In the neat bathroom you will find a shower, sink and toilet. For an optimal stay, bed linen and a shower towel set per guest are included. CHILD-FRIENDLY YARD WITH LOTS OF SPACE Right in front of the house you will find a terrace and a communal green garden with playground. Children can enjoy themselves here on various play equipment. There are swings, a slide, sandpit and go-karts that they can use for free. In short, a child-friendly holiday accommodation. Hogezandskil, what this holiday home is named after, is located on the other side of the road, this special nature reserve is a great place for bird lovers. At the end of the street you will also find the De Slufter nature reserve, a wonderful place for endless walks through nature. Guest access The Texelhopper (Public transport) stops in front of the driveway, can be ordered on reservation and takes you all over the island. You can park for free on site. Other things to note Please note: This accommodation is ideal for a couple or a family with children who can sleep in the bunk bed. The property is less suitable for 3 or 4 adults (due to the bunk bed and limited space) and unsuitable for a family with multiple babies (due to the available space). Only one baby crib can be placed in the room with the bunk bed. The lower bunk bed cannot be used then. In the other bedroom, a baby crib is not possible. Check-in: Monday or Friday
