Beautiful apartment in a very quiet location

Since November 2020, I have completed two beautiful, bright, fully furnished apartments. A large garden with a fish pond belongs to both apartments. The ground floor apartment has a large outdoor terrace with a barbecue area. The upper apartment has a small balcony that beautifully captures the evening sun. Both apartments have Wi-Fi available as well as television with the possibility to use the media library. Large parking lot right by the house with 6 parking spaces. Our guest house with 2 apartments, a large garden and a cozy barbecue area can accommodate up to 6 people each and is located close to the center in a quiet side street in the center of the beautiful municipality of Schmelz. Both apartments were renovated in 2020 and are fully equipped (each 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom). Towels and linens are provided. There are 6 parking spaces available for cars and vans. The two apartments have separate entrances. The apartments are also ideal for assembly workers and crews. Rental all year round.
