Beautiful holiday home close to nature to relax, unwind and feel good. The Branäs and Hovfjället ski resorts are super easy to reach from here for winter sports (approx. 30 minutes). In summer, the area offers many water sports activities on the Klarälven, visiting the bear and moose park, hiking, moose and beaver safari and much more... The space This Swedish house is located in a secluded location on the outskirts on a slope overlooking the Klarälvental. It can be reached via a small private serpentine road, which is cleared in winter. All-wheel drive or snow chains are then an advantage. As an alternative to the parking space directly at the house, there is a parking option 200 m from the house down on the village road and the path up can then be walked. In the living room, there is an oven that provides cozy warmth. There is also German satellite TV. The spacious kitchen with its additional Hexe oven invites you to many cozy hours. The property is adjacent to a huge forest and natural landscape. Guest access The entire vacation home is at your disposal. The house is situated on a slope in a secluded location. Depending on the weather, especially in spring when the snow melts, you may not be able to drive the last few meters up the mountain to the house! Please separate the garbage and help protect the environment. Recycling containers for paper, cans, glass and plastic can be found at every small supermarket. A green residual waste bin can be found at the driveway. Other things to note The nearby Branäs and Hovfjället ski resorts can easily be reached in 30 minutes by car. Here there are many possibilities for downhill and cross-country skiing. Furthermore, there is a bear park in Orsa, an elk park near Ekshärad and the possibility to attend a university.
