The house is new, has 180m2 of built area on a plot of 300m2 of garden within a closed condominium, 400m away from the beach. It has a terrace, shower and 2 parking spaces. Upstairs, there are 2 suites and a mezzanine. On the ground floor, there are 1 bedroom, 2 toilets, living rooms, kitchen and service area. The furniture and appliances are new. In the living room, we have a 32 "TV set with paid channels service. The kitchen and laundry area are equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, blender, iron and utensils. Outside, we have a private garden with an toilet and external shower. On the ground floor, we have a bedroom with a nearby bathroom for people with reduced mobility and who prefer not to climb stairs.
