A cozy home in a beach community that has a central location with easy access to outdoor activities & local restaurants. The home is also 5 minutes from the Branford Train Station, Stony Creek Brewery, & Branford's town center. We are also a 10 minute drive from New Haven, home to Yale University, Yale Hospital and other colleges/universities. Our guests also gain access to Johnsons' Beach, a private residents only beach, located just around the corner from the home(4min walk/900ft) The space Our bright and cozy home offers 2 bedrooms on the second floor with sleeping for at least 4 people. One of which has a window seat with river views. The first floor has a living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen and laundry facility off the bathroom. The front entrance welcomes you with a comfortable wrap around porch to sit out and take in the life around you with the views of the river and marina. The property also has a small fenced in side yard. Guest access whole house and off street parking. Other things to note The area with year round activities and enjoying the comfort and warmth of our home can make it an enjoyable stay. our home is right across the street from a private beach which guests will have access to. We are close to Hospitals, Hospice, Colleges.
