House with a view in Maladroxia, island of S.antioco

The house is surrounded by greenery and has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Palmas. The beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, as the perfect rocky coast for scuba divers and peace even in the middle of August. On the beach there is a bar where you can also have pizzas, on the beach there is a beautiful stand where you can eat and eat fast. There is also an equipped bathing establishment. The house is perfect for couples and families. The space The house is comfortable and a few minutes walk from the Maladroxia beach. By car you can reach the other beautiful beaches and cliffs of the island as well as the many places of archaeological and food and wine interest that characterize the area. Guest access The house is equipped with indoor parking, outdoor shower, barbecue and laundry. Bicycles, sun umbrellas and deckchairs can be arranged in the garden. Other things to note The municipality of S.Antioco has established the tourist tax from April 1 to October 31 of each year.
