Feel beautiful nature and silence on this private island on the big lake Alvajärvi in Pihtipudas, Finland, 1 kilometer from land by boat, in winter by car or by ski depending on the winter. Long-term rental (min. 10 nights) preferred. The price includes firewoods, sheets, towels, basic fishing equipment, SUP board, WIFI 5G (400 mb), life vests and the use of a motorboat. Max. 4 persons. It is also possible to take your own boat there. The space Great place for distance working, standup paddle boarding (SUP), canoeing, fishing and experience the nature at the lake Alvajärvi and its surroundings. There is available 2 bedrooms with 4 beds/bedsheets/towels, fireplaces, firewood for cottage and sauna, kitchen equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, solar energy lighting, TV, radio, WIFI 5G, bio toilette, gas grill and traditional Finnish sauna for your use. In the summer the cottage provides a small motorboat (no driving licence needed). No neighbours. Guest access There is appr. 1 kilometer by boat from land to the island, the ride takes around 15 minutes from harbour to the island by a small boat. At the arrival to the harbour, you will be guided and introduced to the island and to the cottage. During your stay, there is available technical service 24/7, if you need. Guidance in English, German, Swedish and Finnish. If you prefer, you can take your own boat. There is available a landing place for visitors' boat at the harbour. Other things to note Long-term rental is preferred! Min. 10 nights is approved in summer. Summer season: June, July, August and September.
