Vivenda Dias 2

Vivenda Dias is a gated community of four private apartments. We have options for a ground floor apartment and a first floor apartment. Each apartment is 77 square meters, with 2 en-suites (air-conditioned), living room, balcony and full kitchen. Wi-Fi, Smart TV One parking space per apartment is available in the parking lot. The apartment accommodates up to 5 people (prices change depending on how many people). Daily housekeeping included Guest access Access to Vivenda Dias 2 is exclusively for guests! Visits are strictly forbidden during the stay!! Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of R$ 200.00 per visit. Other things to note We accept pets, but you must inform us in advance that you will be bringing one. It is mandatory to inform the pet's breed, as we have restrictions for some breeds. A housekeeping fee will be charged for guests staying with their pet.
