-Pets are not allowed This roomy 150m2 vacation home is located in the municipality of Ariany in the northeastern part of Majorca, a sunny island in Spain's Balearic Islands. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The home features Wi-Fi, satellite television, and is child-friendly. Other things to note Guests can relax outdoors in the furnished garden, or sit on the open-air or enclosed terraces, all private. There is also an outdoor pool (with showers) and an outdoor area with grill, also for private use. The house is only 3-10 minutes (1-5 km) by car from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The picturesque beaches of Alcudia Bay include Playa del Muro, 18 minutes (17 km) by car, and Alcudia Beach, 30 minutes (26 km) by car. The area offers great opportunities to explore the natural beauty of the island's coastline, such as the Son Real and Puig de Ferrutx hiking areas, 23-27 minutes (19-27 km) by car. Hikers can also reach Puig d'en Sard, a peak of Mount Calicant, 30 minutes (26 km) by car. The Ariany region currently offers 30 cycling routes of different types that wind through a beautiful coastal and mountainous landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 44-minute drive (45 km) from the house. Each guest receives linen and a set of towels (1 beach towel, 1 small hand towel and 1 body towel). If stays are longer than 7 nights, 2 sets are provided. The owner also provides coffee, milk, 4 yogurts, 2 beers, 2 soft drinks, a bottle of wine, jam and butter (individual portions), white wine, water and a small fruit basket on arrival.
