Astral sanatorium

This is big house with two floors and many rooms in slow renovation at progress situated at old park with leftovers from revolution and second world war. At ground floor you will find large hall with books, board games and music instruments (available for additional fee). There is also big desk for work with pretty good internet. 50% discount for long term stays. Please read all info and house rules before book! The space At the border of small village, surrounded by park, entire house is only for guests. Without close neighbors house is a good place for working/composing on projects. Guest access Guests can access all house. Other things to note Probably this isnt place for everyone, so choose wisely. I am in progress to renovate the house as much as I can, but keep in mind that this is old building with cracks in walls, old windows, and signs from previous occupants. You can find there insects at summer and mice at winter. For additional fee at house you can find instruments- four pianos, synthesizers, electric and bass guitars with amplifiers, drums, mixer with microphones and other music instruments. Local shop with basic products is 5 minutes walk from house.
