The property has underfloor heating, WIFI, Sky television inc. movies, DVD player, fridge/frzr, electric oven, gas hob, coffee m/c and washing m/c. Positioned in a pretty back garden with access via it’s own entrance. Off road parking for 1 vehicle. Situated in Waterlooville with shops and takeaway’s within easy walking distance. The space ‘Bedknobs’ is ideal for a professional person who is working away from home during the week. Or for anyone visiting the area to see friends/family, visit some of our local attractions like the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard or catch a ferry to the continent. You will find everything you need to have a home from home stay. Guest access The property has a separate access via a locked gate at the side of the main bungalow. The outside space is shared with the main bungalow and guests are welcome to use the garden and a patio area outside the door from the lounge. Other things to note We always ensure that 'Bedknobs' is cleaned to a high standard between guests, but to give you extra peace of mind during the Coronavirus Pandemic we are following the government guidelines and have "Committed to clean" to airbnb's guidelines that can be found on their website.
