The bathroom offers extra comfort with shower and tub, while thoughtful touches such as dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, kettle and coffee machine make sure you don't miss anything. An initial set of bed linen and towels (1 towel, 1 shower towel per person, 1 shower mat and 2 tea towels) is mandatory at this property and is already included in the final price. Please note that for stays of more than 21 nights, interim cleaning and linen change are required every three weeks. The cost for the intermediate cleaning is 59 euros, and for each laundry package we charge 19 euros. If you have any questions, we are always at your disposal! Additional towel and linen packages cannot be booked with this property! We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas. In case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee of €50 will be charged. Cats are generally not allowed in our apartments and without exception.
