It consists of detached holiday houses surrounded by spacious green areas and quiet areas for a relaxing holiday. The apartment: The 3-room maisonette apartment (ground floor+attic, approx. 75 m²) with terrace and garden has enough space for 6 people. It has a large living/dining area with sofa bed on the ground floor. A guest toilet is also on the ground floor. In the attic there are two separate bedrooms for 2 people each as well as a bathroom with bathtub/toilet and window. Kitchen incl. dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dining furniture, improved inventory, beds/mattresses and bathroom amenities. For breakfast on the terrace or for grilling, you will find garden furniture in the apartment. The apartment has an allergy-friendly terracotta floor and has LCD TV , DVD player, Wi-Fi. A cot, 1 high chair and a standing aid for sinks are provided free of charge. There is no smoking. 2 free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity are part of the apartment. Meals: Our kitchen in the restaurant with terrace (open in mid-June until late October) ensures your physical well-being. The restaurant, just like the wellness area, has been completely modernized in 2019 and impresses with warm interior and lots of natural wood, individual areas ensure tranquility and there is a large children's play area with painting/crafting table, books and dollhouse. On the menu you will find fresh salads, refined soups, fresh fish, regional meat and homemade pizza. Two discount markets (Netto + Norma) are each about 5 km away from the holiday village and are open all year round, even on Sundays in summer. Leisure activities / children's offer: Our guests use the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room free of charge (open in mid-April until the end of October). The entire wellness area was completely and extensively modernized in 2019. The Finnish dry sauna 95-100 degrees, and the steam room 60 degrees. There is an extensive range of leisure activities in the holiday village with mini golf course, bike rental with children's bikes and children's seats/children's trailers, wheels, wagons, new e-bikes, table tennis and much more. For children we offer 5 playgrounds, a new play and climbing park with climbing ship, a real football field / sports field and a golf course behind the complex (no disturbance of peace). Pets on request. Free Wi-Fi in the apartment. In the immediate vicinity (about 2 km) you will find an equestrian farm / hall with 45 horses and pony rides. In Dranske (about 5 km away) there is a surf / sailing school with boat rental, in Wiek (about 5 km) a Surf&Kite Camp. The many developed bike paths invite you to cycle and inline skating. Tip: Explore the unique coastline on site with its magnificent swimming beaches to Cape Arkona by bike.
