The airport and ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre are 10 minutes away by taxi. The nearest metro station is Moskovskaya. A shuttle taxi runs directly from the residential complex to it on a schedule. There are grocery stores, a bakery, and a pharmacy in the neighboring houses. The space The Watercolor studio is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. High-speed Wi-Fi will provide reliable internet access, smart TV will allow everyone to find something interesting for themselves, a washing machine will provide clean linen, a mini-kitchen equipped with dishes, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator will allow you to cook at any time. We provide our guests with bed linen and towels. Guest access There are courtyards without cars on the territory of the residential complex. Therefore, if you travel by car, you can leave the car in a public parking lot around the perimeter of the house.
