The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The villa stands out for its large garden with terraces surrounding the property and its recently-built private swimming pool. Just a minute away, you can enjoy one of the best family beaches in the north. Guest access Our guests enjoy all areas of the house with total privacy. The maintenance manager has access to the property to check the status of the pool, the garden and the rest of the facilities, always with the previous authorization of the guest. Other things to note Air conditioning: - As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms and the living room. Notes: - The information of all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport number/id number, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the check-in day through our platform. - The property has an alarm system inside the property, which has cameras (photo detection only), which is deactivated during the clients' stay. The security system is managed by the official company Securitas Direct. - Upon departure, it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.
