Villa Luni, a natural haven!

Villa Luni is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation & managed by "etouri vacation rental management". Set on a hill close to the long sandy beach of Episkopi, Villa Luni offers panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding area, combined with total privacy in a peaceful environment. This two storey villa takes advantage of the Cretan sun and fresh country side air and creates a unique summer feeling. The space Located in a great location only 3.5 km away from the long sandy beach of Episkopi and really close to Episkopi village, where guests can find all kinds of shops, Villa Luni is set in a private land covering 5.500 m2, providing total privacy, as well as wonderful unobstructed views of the surrounding area (the sea, mountains and village). This stone built Villa covers 200 m2 and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. Indoor Layout Ground Floor Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a 55” satellite HDTV including free Astra channels and a sound system. The living room area, as well as the kitchen next to it, both lead directly to the pool terrace and garden areas. The fully equipped kitchen features top quality fixtures and appliances and an indoor dining table is also available. The ground floor hosts two bedrooms, one master with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the second bedroom also has a double bed and provides direct outdoor access. A family bathroom with a bathtub can also be found on this floor. Additionally, a few steps up, in the mezzanine, guests can find a lovely attic where an office space with a sofa, desk and printer are located. First Floor Climbing some stairs from the attic, you will reach the first floor’s apartment, which can be accessed both from indoors and outdoors, through a stair on the parking area. This studio can be totally independent and autonomous, as it consists of an additional sitting area with a sofa, a 40” HDTV and a second kitchen with a dining area. Furthermore, two more bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other one with a double bed are also available on this level. Finally, both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a shower cabin. This apartment also offers access to the first floor veranda, equipped with patio furniture and also boasting magnificent views. From the first floor veranda, you can also reach the Villa’s roof top, which offers the best view of the area and has sun beds, where you can sunbathe and enjoy the sun and peacefulness. Outdoor area The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa covers 5.500 m2, 2.000 of which offer a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically the outdoor facilities include:
 - 50 sq. m. ecological swimming pool, 1,60 m deep. The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice. - Charcoal barbecue - 2 outdoor dining tables- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, tables and chairs) for relaxing in the terrace and the garden around the villa. - A vegetable garden, where our guests can help themselves to the fresh fruit and vegetables available each season. - Flower garden next to the pool. - Lawn covered area next to the pool. - Parking space for several cars. The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests. Also, there is a stone path leading away from the Villa, in a field filled with olive and pine trees, where a siting area is also available and there’s plenty of space to walk and play. Finally, the Villa is eco friendly as it has solar panels for energy sufficiency. **Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
