Cappannare, old farmhouse in the green hills of Umbria

Cappannare is an old farmhouse that is dates back to the late 1800s. It is located in the quiet countryside, in a gentle hills landscape of about 600 meters above sea level. It is a holiday home surrounded by pastures and woods. For our guests there is the garden, the swimming pool and all the ground floor of the house (200 square meters), composed of: - a spacious living room of 47 square meters, where you can meet to eat together around the big table (extendable up to 12 seats). It is a lounge where you can chat comfortably in the sofas and watching tv. During the evenings of winter holidays, upon request, you can light a fire in the fireplace; - A fully equipped kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, fridge, frost and table; - 2 triple rooms, with direct access to the garden; - 2 double bedrooms; - 3 bathrooms with shower. In our accommodation the furniture are all made of wood, with simple and linear “old style”, in harmony with the surrounding landscape. The farmhouse is part of Azienda Agricola Cappannare, which extends for 80 hectares, consisting of meadows, oak and olive trees, constantly supervised by our sheep, accompanied by our dogs and under the supervision of our cats. Cappannare: ideal for those who want a holiday in Umbria, in the countryside and in total relax.
