Home in Wading River

Just a mile from the beach, hiking in the state park, and a 25 mile bike/walk path to Port Jefferson, historic Wading River is the gateway to the North Fork and wineries. The home is filled with architectural features, modern amenities, well appointed furnishings and boasts a private bathroom and bedroom for the guest A Govt ID is required after booking since local laws require hosts report names of guests to the town with 30+ day stays. The space A 2500 square foot home with unique character and charm with exposed beams, wide plank wood flooring, a wood burning fireplace and a modern farmhouse kitchen. The house is high-speed WiFi enabled with 50 inch smart tv's and access to Netflx, HBO, and Peacock. There is a full size washer and dryer. I am unable to host guests with service animals due to severe allergies and asthma. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except the 2 other guest bedrooms and bathrooms (2 people share this home), basement and attic which are locked. Kitchen is fully stocked with staples, pots and pans, kitchenAid mixer, instant pot, dishes, wine and cocktail glasses, flatware etc. Fresh linens, towels, toiletries are provided. Gas BBQ grill, Weber charcoal grill,, firepit, outdoor furniture and a large outdoor dining table. During your stay There are two other guests that stay at the house that work full time and often travel on weekends that are quiet and respectful of each other's privacy. Other things to note There is a guidebook listed here on the site. I suggest checking out the distillery in Baiting Hollow which is 10 minutes away...If you want to go to La Plage restaurant located in Wading River across from the beach, I suggest making reservations. They do have a small bar outside where you can watch the sunset. Sunsets at the Wading River Beach are AMAZING....
