Lovely quiet double bedroom with own bathroom

Our home is a 4 bedroom house one King bedroom available. We also have a double sofa bed in another room if you have children or companions. The Price is per room. You can book one room on this listing, please let me know if you require the use of the sofa bed too. Subject to availability, I can shuttle you to Gatwick, max 4 people and 4 medium cases for £25. Please message me for specific requirements. The space Our beautiful newly furnished modern detached house was built by Scandia Huss 30 years ago. Our house is spacious, insulated, triple glazed, and vented. The Moorings is a cul-de-sac off a cul-de-sac, so very private and quiet. There is room to park your car without being blocked in. We are 20 minutes from Gatwick Airport. Taxi costs about £25 each way. (More if you use Gatwick Cars). Felbridge is a 5 min walk has M&S Food, BP Garage with ATM, Londis, Day Lewis Pharmacy, Fish & Chips and Cafe (greasy spoon!). 20 Mins walk to East Grinstead Station. Bus Stop on London Road (A264) at end of our road. Takes you to Town Centre, Crawley, Gatwick, etc. Guest access You will have access to your bedroom, bathroom (which may be shared with other guests in other bedrooms). There is plenty of room for suitcases on large landing and in bedrooms. I do not provide breakfast, just tea and coffee in your room. Usage of washing machine and tumble dryer is available for extra cost. During your stay Dave and I live alone but we do like our privacy. The living room, dining room and kitchen is private. Other things to note Subject to availability shuttle to airport for £25 I don’t provide breakfast, just tea and coffee No Shoes in the house, so please bring slippers or socks. No Roller suitcases to be pulled on the wooden floor. We live in a quiet cul-de-sac off a cul-de-sac. The Moorings is off Standen close. Very quiet and private. A Scandia Huss house which is very well insulated, aerated and quiet. Overnight off-street parking for length of stay is included. The price is for one room each. Choose either the Double Bedroom or the Double Sofa Bedroom. They all share the same bathroom. Our Bedroom, Lounge, Kitchen and Office is private.
