Marina with full dining, boutique, fishing license, and general store. Community has 2 parks by walking. Cottage has small kitchenette, living and dining area and bed alcove (no stairs) No Pet Fee. (Pets Accepted) This is an old Lake community cabin and not much better! No WiFi, you can hotspot. No washer or dryer. The space Boat Launch and 2 private community parks on lake. Peek a boo Lake view, boat launch in community. We do not furnish boat as in listing. It is an old block fishing cabin in a private community, safe and secure. We do not entertain or interact with guest. Guest access Boat Launch and dock, access to Marina within 2 mins with very nice dining, general store, fishing license and etc Other things to note We only supply one days worth of towels, soap and shampoo and dish soap. (bring extra) The cottage is approx 550 square foot. Water heater is small but heats within 10 mins! Dishwasher is there but kitchen also has small range, microwave and fridge with small freezer. Small deck in back overlooks forest area. Front has peek a boo lake scene. We do not supply a boat, please bring your own or the Marina near by can rent you one. We do not interact with the guest other than a problem.
