Near Schleiz: Schwalbenwohnung

One of two cozy apartments (bookable together) in a village with 8 houses and 12 rascals was newly renovated in 2014 with lots of clay, wood and natural products, a large orchard and seating area. Dörflas is idyllically located, surrounded by lots of greenery and tranquility - ideal for switching off and relaxing. Swimming opportunities, beautiful hiking trails, a large playground and fairy tale forest are nearby. The space The guesthouse is part of a former knights' estate and consists of 2 apartments (for 3 + 4 beds) that can be booked together. The Schwalbenwohnung has 1 kitchen (with dishwasher), 1 living room, 1 bedroom with 3 beds (1 extra bed possible) and 1 bathroom. From the bedroom and bathroom you can look into the still existing barn, so the windows are darkened and the rooms are very pleasant even in the heat. Feel free to use the seating area in the courtyard. The nearest shopping is Schleiz (8 km) or the local shop in Möschlitz (5 km). Guest access The large orchard with old fruit trees invites you to snack. You are welcome to use the barbecue. For the little guests there is a sandbox. Other things to note Surcharge for toddlers up to 2 years: €5.00/day. Since the outdoor facilities /facade are not yet visually beautiful, a discount is included in the price.
