The house is a residential house and is offered with a sublet approach (not a generic vacation home and clean of signs of life...). Our unique, sea view, family house, overlooking the beautiful Habonim beach nature reserve offers two bedrooms, a games/family room with an extra single beds, a large living room, well-equipped kitchen, a large outdoor veranda (50 sqm) overlooking the Mediterranean and a small swimming pool. . The space This house is very unique, it was designed and built with a combination of wood iron and concrete to provide a simple, and yet very chic space. The space includes two bedrooms (queen size bed and single bed), a game/family room with lots of toys, TV, and another 1 single bed, a large living room, well equipped kitchen and a large outdoor veranda (50 sqm) overlooking the Mediterranean. The garden has a swimming pool and an outdoor shower. Guest access You are welcome to use the entire house and garden, the basement is not accessible for guests. Other things to note There is a very big outdoor wooden veranda (about 50 square meters) with sea view, that surrounds the house. The garden is still under development, thus the access to it is limited.
