The cozy 90 sqm half-timbered house is romantically situated in the middle of our large garden with duck pond. Right outside the front door there is a seating area with table and chairs on the lawn, behind the meadow rises a wooded area with old trees. Cranes and nightingales can be heard, and many beautiful paths invite you to hike and cycle. We shall supply on request a fire pit or grill. Simply live in the rhythm of nature without Internet and television... The space The double bedroom has a small adjoining room with a single bed that can be used as a children's room. A travel bed for toddlers can still be added, so it becomes a family room for 4 people. The second bedroom is located at the other end of the house behind the living room, where you are completely undisturbed. Guest access There is a private entrance. The key is obtained via a lockbox with a code. Other things to note Note for people with smaller children: The pond behind the meadow at the Rosenhaus is not fenced off because the geese living there need the meadow for grazing. It is essential to supervise children very well!!! The shore is muddy and slippery; you can also slip in from the edge.
