Hill House Bakery-annexe in the heart of Ventnor

Hill House Bakery is located in the heart of Ventnor, 5 minutes walk to the local shops and sea. The annex is part of our Grade ll listed property. Parking is available for one car on our shared drive, you have your own entrance and courtyard leading to the recently renovated property. There is an induction hob and dishwasher in the kitchen as well as other appliances. The annex is all on one level, with a small step into the lounge. There is an accessible bath. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space There is a bbq with a table, chairs and courtyard for chilling out in. The store cupboard in the courtyard is for your use. In it you will find cushions for the chairs, a high chair, children’s toys, things to take to the beach, bbq utensils etc. The ovens from the bakery are in the bathroom making an interesting, historical feature. Guest access Walk or drive down the driveway. Park your car at the end of the drive and then head through the blue gate where you will find the decked courtyard and front door to Hill House Bakery. Other things to note Please note that the central heating is pre set for the whole house. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate any special requests we can not guarantee this. The heating is set to come on in the morning & the evening if the temperature drops. The towel rail in the bathroom will still come on during the summer months. Each radiator is thermostatically controlled. Please check they are turned up if you require more heat.
