The Knechtenkamer on the Elfstedenroute

In an authentic farmhouse in the middle of Parrega, the former servant's room has been converted into a cozy and comfortable apartment. Overlooking the Elfsteden route and a jetty in front of the door, a perfect starting point for a boat or bike ride, fresh dive or just a nice cup of coffee on the waterfront. Close by are the towns of Bolsward (6km) and Workum (6km) where you can find the beach, restaurants, beautiful regional shops and supermarkets. The space In the apartment, you feel the atmosphere of yesteryear with the comfort of today. The view invites you to go hiking, boating or cycling, while there is also plenty to see in and around the farm. The apartment is comfortably furnished with a kitchenette including a mobile induction hob and a refrigerator. Everything is available to make your own daily schedule and have breakfast, lunch or dinner wherever and whenever you want. Around the apartment, there is sun all day long, and you can unwind. The Knechtenkamer consists of a living room and adjoining 2-person sleeping area with its own shower with toilet. In addition, on the landing there is a separate 2-person Bedstee with a shared shower and toilet. At night, this shower and toilet are only available for the Bedstee guests. For four people, it is possible to rent the Knechtenkamer and Bedstee together. Guest access T'hús Sliepe in Parregea is easily accessible by car from the A7 exit Workum N359. Parking is available on the premises. By bus from Bolsward or Balk with line 44. The bus stop is within walking distance of the farm. Sailing, you can reach Parrega via the Trekvaart from Workum or Bolsward. In front of the farm there is a beautiful jetty. Take the train from Sneek to Workum and change to bus line 44 to Parrega. Other things to note The Servant's Room and the Bedstee are located on the first floor. There is no elevator available. Upon request, we will arrange a delicious breakfast basket with products from the local artisan baker, butcher and cheese farmer.
