Bali Lime is a modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house in Sunset Crest, Holetown. The property is in a quiet residential area, just minutes from beautiful west coast beaches, shops, nightlife and many restaurants. The house offers guests three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, making it ideal when traveling with friends or family. A beachside community pool is a short 5-min walk away. As soon as you step foot in Bali Lime, you'll feel right at home. The property has been fully renovated to offer a more open, inviting and modern aesthetic. The main area flows seamlessly onto a big covered deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, where you can relax and sip wine, or cozy up with a good book. A large BBQ and outdoor shower are also on the deck, for quick wash-downs after the beach and good grilling sessions. Large glass doors allow for plenty of natural light to flow into the house, or you can open them up to enjoy some fresh air and cool breeze. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need: large fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster, french press, tea pot, blender and a variety of cooking wares and utensils. We also provide filtered water from a water dispenser so you can keep hydrated at all times. (Please note, we provide 2x 5-gallon water bottles. Additional bottles must be purchased at your own expense. ) Each bedroom has its own en-suite, ensuring complete privacy in the comfort of your own room. There are also AC units and ceiling fans in each room, so you can sleep well at night. (Please note: AC is in the bedrooms only and not in the main living space. Fans throughout the main space and outdoor deck keep breeze flowing.) For added convenience, we provide shampoo, conditioner and body soap, as well as small facial mirrors and blow dryers. There is also a safe available for your personal belongings. Bonus: cooler, beach towels, Bluetooth-enabled portable speaker, Android TV, and a host of other small touches that will make your stay at Bali Lime both comfortable and convenient. As a guest, you also have access to the community pool which is located on the seashore. It is only a 5-minute walk away, just next to the Beach House restaurant in Holetown. Kindly note, the cleaning fee that is charged via Airbnb is for a cleaning service after your departure. Additionally, we provide one complimentary mid-stay cleaning service for guests staying between 8-12 nights and a weekly cleaning service for those staying 13 nights or more. My property manager, Gail, will greet you, walk you through the house and answer any questions. She is also available to you via phone or what's app should you require anything at all during your stay. You can also rely on her for recommendations or bookings for car rentals, catamaran cruises, etc, if needed. Anything you might need is within walking distance. Beach, community pool, bus stops, supermarket, bars, restaurants, medical center, and other amenities are all between 5-10 minutes walking distance. The property is located a mere 5 minutes away from the main coast road, where buses and taxis are easy to find. If you're worried about carrying groceries and you do not plan to rent a car, the nearby grocery store in Holetown, Massy (easy 10-min walk), offers shuttle services at scheduled intervals. Taxis will usually charge $20bds to take you back to Bali Lime with groceries, if you prefer that option as well.
