No proper kitchen (just coffee/hot water setup, microwave, toaster oven and mini-fridge). No TV, but the internet is plenty fast for streaming TV/movies. Guest access The studio is accessed via a gated private patio (code on the door) so you can arrive and depart at any time of day, no need to coordinate key exchange.
