The space We are in the cozy and quiet summerhouse area Tornby just south of Hirtshals. The house is located in the first row, with private access to the beach (approx. 200). The view is fabulous. There's a sunset all year round if it's not cloudy. The house is at the end of a dead-end road, so there is no traffic - and you can be completely undisturbed in the house. Perfect for a couple's getaway or family vacation Guest access There is access to the entire home, and you are welcome to use all things – without restrictions. Provided that things are handled nicely and that anything that breaks is replaced. ::NORDIC BATH:: As shown in the pictures, there is a bathroom in the house. You are welcome to use it, but water and firewood are paid separately. Price: DKK 500 per stay (water + firewood). ::ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION:: There is a heat pump and electric radiators. In rental cottages in Denmark, electricity is settled according to consumption. Price: DKK 5 per kWh. Settled after departure via Airbnb as a post-payment. In summer it is 2 euros per day, in winter 5-10 euros per day depending on consumption. You bring your own firewood for the wood-burning stove, or you can buy it in bags from the house. BEDDING: As with most summer cottage stays in Denmark, you bring your own bed linen. However, I offer rental for DKK 100 per person (EUR 15 incl. bed linen and towel). CLEANING: Cleaning is an option: DKK 700 for stays over 3 days, otherwise DKK 500 for stays up to 3 days. Settled upon departure. You can also choose to clean yourself – then the fee is DKK 0. CHILDREN'S THING: We have a 3-year-old daughter ourselves, so there is everything in the house for children, chair, crib, safety grid for the wood stove, toys, stools, etc. It is in the shed so it does not mess with guests who do not have children. Other things to note ELECTRIC CAR CHARGER: I have an 11 KW charger at the house, but pay 5 DKK per KW you charge.
