The space Bedrooms and Bathrooms Guzstock House offers boutique style accommodation for up to 16 guests, perfect for a family gatherings and groups. Our house has been put together with passion and love where each room has unique style and atmosphere. There are 2 en-suite king size bedrooms with sofa bed in each room on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a king size bedroom, one twin bedroom and one cosy bedroom with four poster bed. Two more bathrooms are next to the sleeping quarters. There is an additional sofa bed in the play room. Guest access Practicalities You can drive up to Guzstock House, the parking is just few feet away from the house. This luxury property is fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave/oven. Please note that no candles are permitted at Guzstock House. On the ground floor of the house there is a utility room with washing machine. The garden is fully enclosed and safe for children to wander around. Other things to note For Relaxation After a day spent exploring the area, wandering the cobbled streets and boutiques as artisan coffee shops of nearby towns or an afternoon lounging on the beach, a calm and idyllic haven awaits at Guzstock House. The drawing room is smartly divided in to comfortable seating area with velvet sofas and log burner and dining room on the far side. The first floor landing is turned to a small library with stylish tube chairs followed by play room with plenty of toys, puzzles and games. During the day or evening you can relax on the large veranda with convertible panels while barbecuing in the garden, breath in fresh woodlands air influence by iodine from Baltic Sea.
