The space Tradition and Comfort - Four beautiful holiday houses: - 4 free-standing characteristic and comfortable eco-holiday houses ("casas de campo"), situated in Roncão, Litoral Alentejo, Portugal. Common Areas Each holiday house comprises a living room with a sitting area (two armchairs and a three seat/two sleeper sofa bed), satellite TV and a mini sound system, a dining area and an open lay-out kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave oven/grill, hood, coffee maker and water cooker. Bedrooms There are two bedrooms, both with a spacious built-in wardrobe: one with a double (180x200) bed and one with two single (90x200) beds. Bathroom The bathroom features a walk-in shower, washbasin with vanity cabinet, toilet and bidet. Comfort A wood fireplace in the living room, connected to the central heating radiators in the bedrooms and the bathroom, provide even in the chillier season comfortable and cozy warmth. Solar collectors, with electric back-up heating, supply ample sanitary hot water. Guest access Our characteristic holiday houses each are situated on the top of a ridge, boost beautiful views and have a generous sun facing terrace. The communal pool is located within 50 to 175 meters of the houses, featuring spacious sun terraces, a heated outdoor shower, bathroom and again breath taking views. Other things to note The prices are for each house, for 4 people. We will charge € 15 extra per night, for an occupancy of 6 people or if the sofa bed (160x200, sleeps 2) is being occupied.
