We have a fabulous private annex ideal for a couple who would like to explore the Cotswolds or visit friends.A spacious area with your own lounge,kitchenette and upstairs bedroom with ensuite with shower. Sky TV, Wi-fi and tea/coffee & breakfast making facilities (bread, butter, jams, yogurts & cereals provided)to make your stay much more comfortable.This private space is yours to enjoy.Off road private parking. The space Perfect for a short stay, centrally located, only 5 mins walk to the market place where you can find shops, restaurants, hotel and St Mary's Church. The area has great walks should you bring your dog, with dog friendly pubs. Plenty to see out and about. We now have a kitchenette which has a sink, oven & hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, George Foreman grill and microwave provided so you can enjoy some self catering at your own convenience in your space. Breakfast provisions will be made available. Guest access Access through a gate and via a private annex door. The lock box with a key inside is located outside the said door. The downstairs and upstairs are totally private for your use. There are a couple of chairs and a table directly outside your private gated space. Other things to note Dogs welcome however we would appreciate no more than two well behaved dogs and not to be left in the annex by themselves. We have dogs of our own who are really friendly so we know how important it is to bring your furry, family member with you. Treats, towels and one dog bed is provided for your dog For those that like sports, we have Sky Sports on the TV for your use amongst other channels including Netflix. We have a very strict cleaning regime and follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines The space you have is your own and there is no need to see anyone else here.
