I’m a professional host offering four spacious, comfortable guest rooms in my elegant Victorian terrace house, tucked away on a peaceful road just off Brighton’s lively Lewes Road. This listing is for one of our beautifully decorated double rooms, complete with its own private luxury bathroom. The room is bright and airy, with a brand new double bed and memory foam mattress, 43" smart TV, tea and coffee facilities, a hairdryer, and fluffy towels for your stay. It’s the perfect retreat after exploring Brighton’s buzzing streets, seafront, and nightlife—all just a 15-minute walk away. You'll receive your own key and fob, so you can come and go as you please. A generous continental breakfast is included and available on a self-serve basis in the kitchen/diner—featuring cereals, toast, yogurts, cheese, juice, tea/coffee, and more. Breakfast is available anytime before 11am on your check-out day. The house is just 3 minutes walk from Lewes Road’s shops, cafés, and bus routes, and close to all of Brighton’s best attractions, including The Lanes, the Pavilion, and the beach. Smoking is welcome in our peaceful, private garden. I’m happy to host singles, couples, families, and friends—whether you're visiting for a short break or a longer stay (discounts available for extended visits—just ask). The home is also ideal for parents visiting their student children in Brighton. Please note: There is a 2-night minimum stay on weekends; and The house may not be suitable for children under the age of 3, as my two beautiful rescue cats are quite sensitive and easily stressed by high levels of activity and noise.
