This charming Cycladic villa offers guests privacy as well as a wonderful place to gather with friends and family. Situated just 120 meters from the beach, this house has spectacular 180 degree water views overlooking Paros. The space The Villa has 3 independent levels: Level A has its own entrance with parking. - Two bedrooms: -1 room with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom and 1 room with either 2 twins or 1 king size bed and ensuite bathroom - Common area with sofa bed and kitchenette. - 2 covered outside verandas with sitting areas and table Access to Level B and C is available outside from staircases on either side of the house. Level B has its own entrance and parking. - One bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom - Kitchen, open to living room and breakfast nook - Powder room The exterior of Level B includes the Pool Area, BBQ/Pizza Oven area and outdoor sitting/dining area. Level C has a large outdoor veranda with sofa - 1 bedroom with queen beed and ensuite bathroom Guest access The Villa has 3 levels, each with its own access. Level A has its own entrance with parking and is independent. Two bedrooms, 2 full baths, a common area and kitchenette are located on this level. Access to the middle and top level is available outside from staircases on either side of the house. Level B has its own entrance and parking. One bedroom, one full bathroom, kitchen, living room and one powder room are located on this floor. The exterior of Level B includes the Pool Area, BBQ area and outdoor sitting/dining area. On Level C is one bedroom with a full bathroom, accessible via outside steps. Other things to note Daily Housekeeping is provided 2-3 hours in the morning.
